Difference = (preSeparationDailyWageYen - postReemploymentTotalWageYen / postReemploymentDays) * calculationDays. Cap = basicDailyYen * remainingDaysAtReemployment * 20%. The lower amount is paid.

Calculation method

Estimates the employment promotion retention allowance from the wage reduction during the six months after reemployment and the cap based on basic allowance days remaining at reemployment.
