The lump sum is JPY 500,000 or JPY 488,000 per child; maternity allowance is average standard remuneration / 30 * 2/3; childcare leave pays 67% through day 180 and 50% thereafter; post-birth support pays 13%; and the reduced-hours benefit is up to 10% depending on the wage reduction ratio.

Exclusions and checks required
